15. The principal of the vocational training centres of the region and a representative of the Ministère de la Main-d’oeuvre, de la Sécurité du revenu et de la Formation professionnelle are members exofficio of the commission, the board of directors and the executive committee. However, they are not eligible to hold any office or entitled to vote.
